Jonathan has a strong professional background and education in real estate, having worked in real estate private equity with experience providing due diligence, negotiation, structuring, financial modeling, and investor reporting and liaison services.

Jonathan regularly assists clients with evaluating investment opportunities and decisions from the tax, accounting, financial and business perspectives, from evaluating mergers and acquisitions of and investments in operating companies and real estate properties and ventures.

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado-Boulder, Master in Business Administration with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and his Master of Science in Accounting from Hofstra University, New York.

Jonathan is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State or New York and Connecticut.

Matthew Thorn Jr, CPA

Matt Thorn Jr. is a certified public accountant with over 25+ years of diversified public accounting experience. Matt spent the first 6 years of his career between Arthur Andersen LLP and Ernst & Young LLP in their financial services tax groups, servicing hedge funds, private equity funds, investment partnerships and insurance companies.

He went on to work as a tax manager in the general corporate tax group for BDO Seidman LLP, and 12 years at small tax boutique practices specializing in high net worth individual tax and closely held businesses and enterprises.

In 2020, Matt formed his own tax and advisory practice, Thorn & Associates LLC. Matt provides specialized tax planning and compliance, accounting, and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs and closely held businesses and enterprises in diverse industries. Matt is also experienced with transaction advisory and succession planning including transaction structuring and due diligence.

Matt’s client base includes individuals and companies in industries from financial services, hedge funds, investment banking, real estate, arts and entertainment including actors and actresses, professional service, medical practitioners and practices, retail, wholesale and import, and more.

Matt received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and his Master of Business Administration in Taxation from St. John’s University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of New York and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Stephen G. Rosen, CPA

Stephen G. Rosen is a seasoned certified public accountant with substantial experience providing tax, accounting, and advisory services to clientele in a wide range of industries.

Stephen has been a partner of several prominent New York based accounting firms before starting his firm Stephen G Rosen CPA PLLC (SGR PLLC). Originally based in New York, SGR PLLC moved its headquarters to Boca Raton, Florida and quickly became a leading and established certified public accounting firm servicing the South Florida community. Through his firm, he and his experienced professional team has provided high quality, hands-on services to his clients in a wide range of industries.
